Welcome to H & E Preserves and Antiquities, a small batch shop based in Dallas, Oregon. We create handmade jams, fruit preserves, drink concentrates, sourdough breads, baked goods, and dehydrated sourdough starter with simple ingredients, seasonal flavors, and old-fashioned care.

Alongside our kitchen-made goods, we also offer a curated selection of vintage and antique finds, bringing together the sweetness of homemade preserves with the charm of well-loved treasures. Whether you’re shopping for a jar of jam, a loaf of sourdough, a refreshing fruit concentrate, a thoughtful gift, or a unique piece with history, we hope you find something special, useful, and made with heart.
